Position: Customer Support Agent
We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our Crypto users. As a key member of the support team, you’ll be responsible for guiding users through the process of increasing their buy limits, helping them complete transactions, answering inquiries related to cryptocurrency, and handling compliance-related investigations.

- Verify and validate customers seeking to increase their buy limits

Base Hourly Range: $24.00-$28.00/hr USD
