Our program is for seniors who are over the age of 65 OR disabled older adults who meet our inclusion criteria. The best way to see if we can help is to just call us 🙂
Our little non profit organization has what is called a “DME Library” and the purpose of this department is to get medical equipment to those seniors who need it. Our application is free and then we will look into what the best way to get you what you need. We may assist you with learning about grants, working through your insurance or give the item to you from our own stock of new and refurbished equipment.
Our Medical Equipment Loaner library includes power scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, manual wheelchairs, rollators, hospital beds, hospital mattresses, alternating pressure pads, commodes, grab bars, bed rails, exercise bands, first aid wraps, weekly pill organizers, compression socks, blood pressure monitors, orthopedic arm, knee, leg, back and wrist braces, shower chairs, pads, grab bars, shower bench, new packages of adult diapers and so on. We have an array of items that have been donated that are just waiting to be loaned/given out and put to good use by a senior in need. Call us at (insert phone # here) to complete the intake process over the phone and then a care coordinator can assist you with planning how to get the equipment that you need.
