Skills

Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with customers.
Proficiency in computerized systems for documenting inquiries and managing customer data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred.
